Dinersarus Restaurant for Lease of Sale

The decision has been made to focus on our core business which is the rental of excavation equiment (RECS INC.), Lets describe the Diner/fuel center like this ,one month my accountants wonders why we have it, the next month they wonder why we don’t more. It does make money and Somervell Co needs a Truck Stop, but with this slow down I have had focus on my core bussiness. This has forced me to realize I can’t run 2 operations of this size, Faye is doing a great job running the Diner but she is schedule for another round of back surgeys, which will leave the Diner short. The solution is to lease or sale to someone who can spend the proper time and expertize to make the Diner one of the must eat at places in Glen Rose.
