Having to downsize

Well I’v gone as long as I can but are having to layoff people, We have painted the house, fixed the roof, washed everything in site, but the So called recovery seems to be slightly out of reach, it seems to me to solve our problems our president need to stay here, he has been gone since he got elected, europe, Iraq, england, and now air force one has Tourista stickers on it. I wish I knew what to do next?
