You know you take a kid, keep his ass out of jail give him a job, teach him everything you know, because he dont know squat. And the first job offer that is slightly better that you are paying him he jumps ship, I hope he uses what I thought him wisey, if he does the sky is the limit. He still green and his new employeer will take advantage of that. O well such is the life in the Oilfield.

Oh that kid that worked at the rental yard, I hear froma sandhauler he is having trouble at his new place of bussiness, something about not following directions and safty issues.
