Back in the 60′s Hood,Johnson,Somervell and Erath counties went threw a oilfield boom. My father had a contract with Sun Oil of Dallas to build 90 locations. This does not include the other action in the area. We had monies to burn, and that’s exzactly what he did. New Pickups, diamonds rings, 2wk drunk binges. He diden’t save one penny. Well on the 18th location, Sun fugure out what we know now. On the Sizmo it, looks like oil but when you drill all you get is gas. Back then gas was bad. Well anyway I am Oilfield Trash, had it lost it and now with the grace of god, back again. Oilfield Trash Part 2 the sequil, and by the way this time I am filling my sand bags. And maybe one new pickup.

OK, what is going on in the Rough Creek Ranch area?Anything hit? Looks like permits have dropped off

Quicksilver is drilling a well on ricky fains place just south of me I can hear the rig working threw the night. But you are right permits in somervell are a sobering site.
