Oilfield Trash, Part 2

If you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong.

Swamp Land

Posted by Oil Field Trash on June 17th, 2006

Years ago I started buying land a little here a little there. One of my problems was no money, so all I could afford was gully washes and swamp land. Well it turns out that gully wash land has large amounts of water that run across it ( that can be captured). And swamp land or more commonly known as river bottom flood plane, has lots of surface water. Then one day Mr. Mitchell up in Wise county found a way to use large amounts of fresh water to bring in horizontal gas well ( know as, double up, fold over, start your engines and kick it ass 100,000 barrel frac). And here I be sitting on all this cheap ass gully wash, flood plain land. Who would have known.
