From talking to different pipeline contractors Quicksilver and Sundance (aka) Shell may build a pipeline and share uses of it. I don’t know much more than that it is south of Rio Vista. Maybe this is what some people have been talking about. I will keep my ear to the ground. I have been dealing with EOG on my Goatneck Property and they have already moved a contractor in to start construction. Ready set go!

Well Hollywood is determined to ruin the good old boy image. I heard today that they where filming a gay nascar movie next month at Texas Motor Speedway. It’s called Double Clutch Fever, and it’s about two drivers that keep rear ending each other.

A new rig hand worm, noticed a large thunderstorm headed right for the rig. It had hail and lighting bolts 3ft around. He ran to the tool pusher and yelled lets shut this s.o.b. down and head for cover! The tool pusher simply buttoned his top shirt button and said “not today” 2 weeks later a wildfire brokeout and with 40ft flames was headed stright for the rig . The new worm panic and run to the Toolpusher and yelled “we are all going to be burned alive”! The tool pusher simlpy pulled his bandana up over his nose and said “we don’t stop for nothing”! 2 days later the worm was headed to work and met the office and loggin trailer leaving the location. He was very puzzles, he went up the tool pusher and asked, I though we never stop drilling? The tool pusher shaking his head said, well we ain’t, you yes.

As to drilling in Bosque County, XTO has a major plan to do bookoo drilling there. XTO drilled 2 wells on the 10XXX ranch. The first one had some bad luck, the frac boy’s got a little happy and over fraced in to the Ellenbuger. Better known as Old Ocean. Mind you my information comes from different people, with different sub-contractors, I take what I hear and piece it together kinda of a information puzzle. Anyone interested can go to Texas Railroad commision.com and click on “interactive data” then click on “Permits” then go to the very bottom of that page and type in the county you would like to look at, then scroll to the 05 and 06 permits, find permits pulled by XTO and it will tell you the startus of the well, dry hole, producing, shutin, ect. You can pull up plats and see right where the wells are.

One day a old man was leading his tired old mule. The mule got thursty and stopped to naw on a cactus. About this time a young fellow on a nice horse saw the old man and figured on having some fun with him. He pulled his 6 shooter and told the old man to dance, as he fired his pistol at the ground the old man lifted his feet, dancing towards his mule, just then the young fellow ran out of shells, the old man pulled a double barrel shot gun from his saddle pack, and pointed it at the young fellow. The young fellow said you going to make me dance? No, but have you ever kissed a mule that been eating cactus? No but I have always wanted to.

Well the Middle of no where just got busy, pipelines running everwhere, rigs too and fro. Makes my heart proud to know I have property right in the middle of it all. I leased to EOG 1 year ago and feel good about some drilling to happen soon. I am right where I need to be to get some action. We have excavators digging all over the Orsby ranch.
