With standard daylight time it get dark earlier. So I leave my ranch around 5:30 headed to big D I get halfway between Bono and Cleburne and get pulled over. The Hiway Patrol ask me if I knew why He stopped me? I said don’t you know. He said don’t get smart. I said if I was smart I would know why you pulled me over. He then asked for me to exit my auto. I just sat their. He then asked for my license. Upon seeing my license he says Mr. Underwood your eyes are bloodshoot have you been drinking? I said to him, Well your eyes are glazey have you been eating donuts? He looked at me, handed me my license and said ” Plaese turn on your headed light and get some manors”.
