We are seeing a little action out of the oil patch, I feel it is the gas companys drilling to keep their choice leases. But i’ll take what ever comes along, I leased part of my property to C&H const out of olka, they do powerline const, and there again it’s only a crum but i’ll take that. you know what I always say if you ain’t having fun your doing it wrong.

Shut down the Diner 3 weeks ago and signed contract last friday to lease it out. I have a feeling being a landlord will be a lot more fun than running a diner. I wish the new tennet good luck.

Well had to close the Truck Stop/Dinersarus, Allsups built 2 new Truck Stops in Stephenville, and TETCO build 1 in Godley, that one shut down terrys barbque next to it. All the traffic we got from the west, like milk trucks, feed trucks, bullhaulers, scrap metal trucks ect all stop there now. I quess 7 years is pretty good run before the competion closes in on your market share. I’v had 2 people call about reopening the place, both want to do a facelift. Hey buy the place you can do what you want.

Well I Half to admit one thing, Obama and I have one thing in common, When I go on vacation everything turns to shit on me too.

Heard yesterday that the Power Plant was going to allow drilling for natural gas on it’s property, If I remember right back when I build that place, it sits on 25 square miles, this means plenty of room for roughnecks to romp about, with out risk of backing the pickup over reactor.
